I have been a professional Life Coach since 2017, helping people gain clarity, create positive change, and move towards the life they truly want. 从2017年起，我一直从事专业生活教练的工作，帮助人们理清思路、创造积极改变，迈向自己真正渴望的生活。
I am a Certified Professional Transformative Coach trained by Coach Masters Academy in New Zealand. I was previously credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and am currently working towards the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. 我是新西兰 Coach Masters Academy 培训认证的专业教练(CPTC)。此前曾获得国际教练联盟(ICF)认证的ACC教练资格，目前正在向专业教练(PCC)资格迈进。
I believe that discovering what truly matters to us and making small, positive changes can help us create a more fulfilling life.
